The basics of how we quote, schedule and complete work.
These terms apply to work performed by Precision Services in Saskatoon, SK, Canada.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of review. Unforeseen conditions such as rock, buried debris or utility conflicts may change scope, and we will confirm any change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling
Work dates depend on weather, ground conditions and equipment availability. Snow removal timing follows storm severity and route priority. We keep you informed of any change.
Site Access and Utility Locates
Clear access to the work area is required. Utility locates must be completed before any digging; we will coordinate where applicable and are not liable for unmarked private lines.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your written quote or contract. Seasonal snow contracts are billed as agreed at the start of the season.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for the work we perform. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, settling of backfilled ground over time, or conditions outside the agreed scope.
